Company Information - About the DHS Club.

The DHS Club was officially formed and incorporated in Englewood, Florida in June of 1997 by President & CEO Dick Burke, with its first office being located in a small apartment over his garage. Dick has worked many hours researching, developing and improving his original ideas of empowering consumers to save money with an international “buyer’s club” concept and enabling people to earn money by having their own affordable home based business. Soon after he started to hire the DHS Club’s first employees, Dick moved the company into a small 1,200 square foot office on Dearborn Street in north Englewood and launched the company’s first marketing website - ClubShop.com.

Within a few years, the DHS Club membership numbered in the hundreds of thousands and in 2000, the company moved into a much larger and nicer office building off the waters of Lemon Bay on Placida Road in South Englewood. Now the Headquarters staff is made up of a number of experienced teams, all working together to provide the support and administration required to run a multi-million dollar company, including:

* Consumer Development Department
* Information & Technology Department
* Accounting & Finance Department

Since its inception, the DHS Club has maintained an impeccable legal track record for doing business with honesty and integrity. Like any long standing business and company, the DHS Club has had to overcome unforeseen difficulties along the way and has been able to due so largely, because of Dick Burke’s combined commitments to realize his vision of becoming the largest consumer group in the world and to keep the company debt free. It is these commitments, along with the HQ staff’s devotion to continuously make great improvements and to automate all DHS Club functions, that enables DHS Club Members to see increasing membership benefits and to provide our VIP Members with a genuine business opportunity to build successful businesses and create a lasting and secured, residual income and business.
